Are you a Product Owner, strategist or manager? Are you strong in content and want to move up the management level? This bootcamp will give you tools to approach UX from a multidisciplinary helicopter view. Create a UX vision, team vision and a UX strategy. Plus a solid foundation in stakeholder management. You will go home with a personal environment plan that you can start working with immediately and a wealth of negotiation and conversation techniques.
